BCBA in the Phoenix area: a hybrid remote position with reduced billable schedule, full-time pay and benefits. We are especially interested in candidates currently based in Salt Lake City open to relocating. Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year Unlicensed AZ pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year $15,000 Relocation Bonus Available $15,000 Sign On Bonus BCBAs at Kyo Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. Job Requirements Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites. Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs. Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies. Kyo is dedicated to protecting vulnerable populations, including youth.
