Traveling Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Role Overview Travel-based BCBA position supporting our Northern New Mexico work across Española and Santa Fe. The role requires approximately six days of in‑person presence per month, which may be structured as two three‑day trips or one longer monthly trip, depending on clinical and school needs. FronteraCare will cover approved travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, in accordance with company policy. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment process. Develop case supervision and clinical management plans. Develop and implement ABA treatment plans. Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on client/family concerns. Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of the person served. Include the client/family in setting treatment goals and train families on specific treatment strategies and carry‑over skills. Give clear, concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy. Record and track daily progress accurately for client/family. Utilize session time efficiently to meet objectives. Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family. Plan for discharge of the person served. General Requirements General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder services. Managerial experience. Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping. Effective oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Evidence of maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Completion of stage two assessments. Ability to perform additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification. Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field, with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population. Two or more years of experience in an applied setting conducting functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and overseeing program implementation and adjustments. Membership in specific state and national professional associations (ABAI) is highly recommended. At least one year of telehealth supervision experience. Location in NM, AZ, TX, NV, UT, or CO. Availability to work within 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. MT hours. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – 115,000 USD, commensurate with experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities.
