Senior Supply Chain AnalystThe Senior Supply Chain Analyst analyzes supply chain performance, inventory, purchasing, demand, supplier performance, and operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved inventory management, increased efficiency, and better customer service. The role partners with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, and suppliers to support the data-driven supply chain decisions.ResponsibilitiesSourcing Analyst – 45%Conducting strategic analysis to identify sourcing cost reductionsIdentify new strategic sourcing opportunitiesImplementing supplier contracts and stocking agreements with 80 vendorsDevelop, maintain, and review contract documentation for updatesIdentifying vendors during shortages and/or No Source situationsLeading Ad hoc projects – scanner projectProduction Planning – 45%Creating production orders for equipment orders and serving as a back up for Service orders in the eventResponsible for owning & updating the production schedule (SmartSheet). This includes deciding if changes can be made to the production plan.Gathering data to schedule and lead the SOP meeting with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and BUM to determine MRDConducting daily/weekly counts of critical parts and communicating any potential risks to buyersValidating and communicating BOM errors to EngineeringKPI & Reporting – 10%Develop & maintain supplier score cardAutomate daily, weekly, monthly KPIsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field requiredMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience requiredPrior experience in a manufacturing or production environment requiredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to travel up to 5%ITW is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
