Overview This is an on-site role for the first month but will turn into a remote role with regular on-site visits to businesses and employer groups. The ideal candidate thrives independently, enjoys building professional relationships, and is driven to earn substantial commission income through performance. Key Responsibilities Cultivate new employer group relationships Expand the number of participating groups Perform on-site visits for existing and prospective groups Quote and close new personal lines business Provide RMV services for produced clients Maintain strong follow-up systems to maximize group lead conversion Build and maintain long-term client relationships Generate new group partnerships through cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person prospecting Required Qualifications 3 years of personal lines insurance experience Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license Highly driven and self-motivated Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule Willing to travel and visit employer groups regularly Motivated by commission-based earning potential Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) and building relationships from scratch Preferred Qualifications Applied Epic experience Compensation Structure This is a growth-oriented producer role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term, scalable book of business.
