Department Overview Silvus Technologies was acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2025, and is now part of its ecosystem of safety and security technologies. Job Description Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, is reshaping mesh network technology for mission‑critical applications on the ground, in the air and at sea. Its battle‑proven StreamCaster family of MANET radios and proprietary MN‑MIMO waveform provides the vital communications link for defense, law enforcement and public safety agencies around the world, and in the toughest operational environments. The Opportunity Silvus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Generalist who will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with dotted line reporting to the Senior Technical Recruiter on the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team. The role supports the Recruiting team throughout all stages of the full recruiting cycle for both technical and non‑technical positions. The successful individual partners closely with hiring managers to help attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a great candidate experience. This position is based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Role and Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles. Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create engaging job descriptions, help define efficient recruitment strategies, and continuously calibrate candidate and department needs. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools. Serve as the candidate's point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience with clear communication. Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems such as Greenhouse and Workday. Collaborate closely with our Human Resources team during the offer and onboarding process. Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity. Assist with providing market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to guide decision making for job postings and offers. Partner with recruiting team members for project, process, and interview training. Assist with other administrative tasks or support other functions as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in talent acquisition or recruiting within a technical industry; or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in the same. Minimum 1 year of experience in full‑cycle recruiting within an agency or high‑volume corporate recruiting environment with a focus on manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using an ATS system such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever. Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts. All employment is contingent upon successful clearance of a background check and drug test. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience supporting a high‑growth company. Thrives in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment. Results‑driven and always operates with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data‑driven decision making. Demonstrated experience managing various funnels, functions, and levels of candidates and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Office environment. Campus recruiting, career fairs, etc. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 / annually. The pay range is not a guarantee and will vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
