Diesel Technician – Pawtucket, RI

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses

Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys solving tough problems, sharing your knowledge, and helping other technicians grow?

FleetPride is looking for a Diesel Technician to join our Pawtucket, RI service center!

This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants to be more than just another technician in the shop. You'll have the opportunity to mentor less-experienced technicians, tackle challenging repairs, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

You'll also have the opportunity to assist with Mobile Service calls when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability and willingness to mentor other technicians.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to assist with Mobile Service when needed.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver's license.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.

Experience With:

• Aftertreatment diagnostics & repairs.
• Engine diagnostics, repairs & rebuilds.
• Transmissions & clutches.
• Advanced electrical diagnostics & schematics.
• Air brakes & air systems.
• Steering, suspension & alignments.
• Drivetrain & differentials.
• Cooling systems & A/C.
• PM services & DOT inspections.
• Mobile service & roadside repairs.
