divh2Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)/h2pPosition Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM). This entry-level role is responsible for safely packaging finished products, operating packaging equipment, and supporting daily production operations while meeting quality and safety standards./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliFollow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures./liliPackage finished products and palletize completed cartons./liliLoad components (bottles, nozzles, etc.) into packaging equipment./liliMonitor product quality and identify packaging defects./liliComplete required production documentation and quality checks./liliOperate basic production equipment such as rotary packaging machines, carton erectors, tape machines, pallet jacks, and balers./liliAssist with minor machine set-ups and line clearance./liliMaintain a clean and organized work area and support daily housekeeping./liliCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals./li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred./liliNo previous experience required paid on-the-job training provided./liliBasic math and computer skills./liliAbility to read, write, and communicate in English./li/ulpCompensation Information:/ppThe job range for this position is $18 - $21 an hour depending on experience.
