Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (13-Week Contract)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (No on-call required). 4 weekend shifts are scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our high-acuity Labor and Delivery unit. This Level 4 designated maternal center provides care for the most complex patients at any gestation. With 22 beds and a team of approximately 100 staff members, including RNs and support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Caring for high-risk maternal patients.
• Circulating operating room and triage activities.
• Performing vaginal and cesarean section deliveries.
• Conducting tubal ligations, cerclage placements and removals, D&C, C-hyst, and PASD cases.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience with high-risk maternal patients.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Preferred: Greater than 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
