About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Platform Operations Integration to lead the integration of back-office organizations into a unified, high-performing shared services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing systems to be replicated across multiple acquisitions, driving efficiency, and ultimately, building a scalable operating model. This role is pivotal in the company's growth and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and a clear path to a COO position as the business expands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating experience, particularly in a PE-backed, founder-led, acquisitive, or multi-site services business, and a proven track record in post-acquisition integration, including org design, people decisions, systems, process, and implementation. Applicants for the VP of Platform Operations Integration role at the company should possess 10-15+ years of operating experience and have a direct ownership of post-acquisition integration. The role requires experience in managing multiple back-office functions or functional leaders and a history of consolidating teams, workflows, vendors, and systems into a more scalable model.
