About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Clinical Services to be the senior physician leader for its national telehealth clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling clinical operations across a large, distributed practice, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, evidence-based care and a superlative patient experience. This role requires a strategic and operational leader with a strong background in clinical quality, patient safety, and team culture. The VP will be accountable for clinical operations performance, workforce planning, and financial outcomes, and will work in close partnership with various stakeholders to set and drive clinical operations strategy, practice transformation, and align the product roadmap with evolving care models. Candidates for this role should have an MD/DO, be board-certified in a relevant specialty, and have a strong commitment to or eligibility for ABOM certification. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience, with a focus on obesity medicine and chronic metabolic disease treatment, is preferred, along with at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience in a scaled, multi-state telehealth or large virtual/hybrid practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading through influence in a cross-functional environment, exceptional people leadership skills, and a deep commitment to team culture, clinician wellness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role also involves representing the clinical organization externally and supporting sales and marketing with clinical narratives and outcomes.
