Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses while developing and implementing effective treatment plans. This includes ongoing documentation, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes in accordance with company policy.

• Maintain an active caseload, engaging with a minimum of 27 clients per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring each session is purposeful and individualized.
\n
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to enhance the mission of providing comprehensive mental health services and to address community needs effectively.
\n
• Utilize creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to empower clients, helping them to set and exceed their treatment goals.
\n
• Document each session thoroughly and accurately per company guidelines, while ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork.
\n
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, educational staff, and medical professionals to enhance the support network for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical meetings, training sessions, and contribute to building a positive team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing therapy for children, adolescents, and families, with a commitment to understanding and responding to their varied needs. Therapists will work with clients presenting a range of mental health challenges, promoting resilience, and fostering healthy relationships. A core aspect of this position involves supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Possession of an active LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory.
\n
• Experience with clinical documentation is essential, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interactions and documentation.
\n
• The ability to understand and respect appropriate boundaries with clients is crucial, alongside experience working with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is expected; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Candidates must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred, particularly in providing therapy services to families and individuals under a telehealth model.

• Demonstrated success in building rapport with clients and utilizing innovative therapeutic methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, with additional opportunities for sign-on bonuses. Our benefits include:
