Systems Administrator
Technimark
Assure an accurate hardware/software inventory is maintained. Assure all software/hardware licensing and maintenance agreement are maintained. Supervise Technimark or contracted technicians via Help Desk work orders. Troubleshoot and maintain all PC hardware and software. Maintain a list of all administrative, user and network IDs and provide designated Technimark manager with an updated copy. Write hardware/software user procedures. Develop and implement documented software/hardware training. Identify areas company-wide where new or updated technology will provide the opportunity for continual improvement. Implement new or updated technology by obtaining quotes and working with Vendors/Contractors. Participate with a design team developing integrated data systems to better serve internal and external Customers. Maintain a Career development plan.
