Accounts Payable Specialist Murrysville, PA 15668 Full-Time | Onsite $24.00–$28.00/hour About the Opportunity A growing organization in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team. AP Specialist Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency. The AP Specialist will monitor and manage a shared accounts payable inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries. Route invoices for coding and approvals while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Perform data entry and invoice processing across multiple accounting and AP automation systems. The AP Specialist will assist with vendor setup, payment tracking, and resolution of invoice discrepancies. The AP Specialist will collaborate with team members to maintain timely processing and excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications for the AP Specialist Role 5+ years of accounts payable experience. Construction or construction services industry experience preferred. Experience working in a high-volume AP environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Experience with ERP systems or AP automation software such as Oracle or SoftCo is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
