Senior Healthcare Recruiter

To support a growing healthcare organization, the fully remote Senior Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles, collaborating with hiring managers to develop strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clinical and care delivery roles, including Care Managers and operational leaders Support hiring across additional business functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance as needed Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Required qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup environment, preferably in healthtech or similar regulated fields Demonstrated success in recruiting for clinical roles as well as non-clinical positions Experience managing a large requisition load while ensuring strong candidate experience Proven ability to independently source and assess candidates in competitive talent markets Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and strong understanding of recruiting metrics
