Account Manager Assistant

" We’re looking for a driven Account Manager Assistant to join our team at Trend where marketing and relationships are our top priority. Account Manager Assistant Responsibilities Assist marketing team with daily tasks. Be a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs, and optimizations. Learn to understand Lead Generation industry and service offerings of Trend. Learn to understand how ad creatives and marketing data work together to improve campaign results. Identify current and potential business opportunities within each client account. Participate in teamwork with a growth mindset. Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability. Complete onboarding process and paperwork for clients. Pull reports and compile data based on KPI’s. Utilize our proprietary platform along with other platforms for any tech integrations and customizations. Required Knowledge & Skills Team oriented but can be an independent player. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other productivity applications. Basic coding skills such as HTML. Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to derive insights and support decision‑making processes. College degree preferred, not required. Meticulous and thorough in handling data, documentation, and client information to avoid errors and ensure accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing situations, and proposing effective solutions to address client needs and challenges. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology can be beneficial for tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management. Driven and proactive.
