Nextran Truck Centers is hiring! We are looking for a reliable skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Nextran Truck Centers team in the greater Atlanta area. As a valued member of our team, you will travel to customer and site locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Medium - Heavy Duty Trucks and equipment. This role requires strong mechanical know-how, independent problem-solving, and commitment to great customer service. What We Offer Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay ($35 - $50/hr., DOE) Company provided mobile service vehicle and specialized tools. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, machinery, equipment, or machinery directly at client or roadside locations in Metro Atlanta. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checkups, visual inspections, and scheduled maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Parts Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in your assigned company vehicle. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, complete pre-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean driving record. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3 - 5 years of hands on mechanical, electrical, or field service repair experience. Driver's License: Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company insurance rules Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors or in varying weather and traffic conditions across Atlanta. Screenings: Must successfully complete a standard background check, post-offer drug screen, and job related physical.
