IT Support Administrator

McLaughlin Body Company is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide day-to-day technology support for employees and operations across our manufacturing facilities in Moline, Illinois; Rock Island, Illinois; and Anderson, South Carolina. This position serves as the primary internal resource for end-user technology support and works closely with McLaughlin Body Company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) for network infrastructure, cybersecurity, servers, backup, Microsoft 365 administration, and other advanced technical services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who enjoys working directly with users, solving problems, deploying and maintaining computers and related technology, and coordinating with outside technical resources when issues require escalation. This position does not require an advanced network or cybersecurity engineer. It does require someone who can independently diagnose common technology problems, understand basic network and systems concepts, communicate effectively with employees and vendors, and take ownership of issues through resolution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
