Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview This full-time Physical Therapist role involves providing skilled outpatient therapy for orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients in a supportive community setting. The position includes developing personalized treatment plans, educating patients and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and documenting care in accordance with policies. The therapist collaborates closely with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegate interventions to assistants and students based on their skill levels. Complete accurate documentation for all therapy services. Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred. Physical Therapist License required. No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and teamwork skills.
