ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and sales trainer. I later started my own company, where I specialized in teaching effective communication skills and DISC personality training. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping people grow, communicate effectively, and reach their full potential.

Community involvement is a big part of our agency. We love partnering with neighboring businesses, participating in local events, and creating "Good Neighbor" opportunities that help strengthen our community and build meaningful relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Malinda Mims - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
