Agent Team Member

Position Overview: Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings or assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Answering and transferring phone calls
• Processing customer payments
• Calling customers for non/late payments
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies
• Assisting customers with claims
• Bank deposits

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
