Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Our office is located in South Lyon, MI. Our office is open 9am-5pm M-F, evenings and weekends by appointment. I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
