The Role
This is a front-line, relationship-driven sales support role. You will be the very first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their spaces. Your main goal is to make prospective clients feel heard, understood, and excited about working with us.
You will be focused on the front end of our business: nurturing leads, booking consultations, and supporting our design-build pipeline.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Qualify & Discover: Talk to prospective clients to understand their renovation goals, budgets, and timelines—acting as a helpful advisor, not a pushy salesperson.
- Guide the Pipeline: Move interested leads smoothly from their initial inquiry into booked consultations with our design team.
- Follow Up with Kindness: Keep in touch with open opportunities using transparent, honest communication.
