Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

As a Senior Production Planner, you'll utilize your skills and talents to represent the production and material planning function on concurrent engineering teams. Essentially, you'll compile and monitor monthly production schedules, create complex material structures in the material planning tool and identify process flow improvements and implement. You'll also prepare labor and material forecasts as requested and interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution.

The candidate will be able to:

Adapt quickly as priorities change and new designs are being iterated upon.

Have strong communication skills both verbally & in writing, keeping the team and all stakeholders apprised of priorities and commitments.

Collaborate with many stakeholders to maintain proper priorities and meeting commitments.

Identify and resolve material constraints with supply chain and coordinate the delivery and inspection of materials to ensure on time production.

Partner with the Master Schedulers to ensure production and the schedules are in sync.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work is required plus a minimum of 2

years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

Advanced understanding of of material planning tools, concepts and methodologies

Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP principles

Advanced knowledge of government compliance regulations

Target salary range: USD $74,268.00/Yr. - USD $80,360.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
