Salary/Pay Rate: $17 - $22 per hour plus commissions (earning potential up to $60,000 per year). Location: West Berlin, NJ (In-office). Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None required. You will serve as the vital link between our customers and our expert technicians, delivering the highest-rated service in Southern NJ. How You Will Make An Impact Ensure seamless communication between our residential customers and field technicians to maintain smooth daily operations. Manage high-volume incoming calls to provide prompt updates, schedule appointments, and conduct thorough follow-up communications. Prioritize urgent customer issues and efficiently fill the daily schedule board to maximize technician routing and efficiency. Utilize your excellent phone skills to actively upsell maintenance plans and current promotions to callers. Act as the welcoming voice of the company, ensuring every customer experiences our core values of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience working in a sales or customer service role. High level of proficiency with professional phone and email communication. Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong drive to succeed and the ability to take initiative when assisting customers and resolving issues. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated ability and track record of successfully upselling products or services. Previous experience coordinating schedules or managing a busy dispatch board in a service-oriented industry.
