The team supports **Personal Trust** by onboarding new **trust and estate accounts** where the bank serves as **trustee/co-trustee** or **executor**. The team partners closely with internal "front office" stakeholders (such as relationship managers, trust officers, and support/admin partners) to move an account from an initial request through documentation, account opening, and (as applicable) funding steps. This is an **internal-facing role** - your day-to-day partners are internal teams rather than external clients. The team is a **small, close-working group** (approximately 5-6 people including leadership) and is distributed across multiple locations/time zones.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of trust and estate accounts end-to-end by:* Gathering and validating required documentation and client/account information* Coordinating with key internal partners across Personal Trust and related departments* Ensuring onboarding activities align with bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements* Providing operational support and clear updates to internal partners throughout the onboarding processA major component of the position is becoming comfortable **leading onboarding calls** with internal partners as you progress in training.**Basic Qualifications**- Five years or more of related experience**Preferred Skills/Experience**- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment- Ability to work collaboratively with others- Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills- Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking business lines and clients- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel**Location Expectations**This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our .**Benefits:**Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
