Every month you'll lead a live review call where you walk through their campaign performance, explain the ROI in plain English, and map out the next 30 days. You'll respond to client questions the same business day, document requests, and follow through until they're closed. You'll build a quarterly strategy for each account. When a client is at risk, you'll know about it first, and you'll be the one who saves it.This is not an order-taker role.
