What you'll bring:
- Experience working in school settings, ideally in a support, instructional aide, or Paraprofessional capacity
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A compassionate, patient approach with students from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to follow teacher directions and classroom procedures
- Basic understanding of child development and learning strategies
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education or special education are a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery, activities, and student supervision
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students needing additional assistance
- Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt instructional materials and reinforce learning concepts for varying student needs
- Implement behavior management strategies and accommodations as directed
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive student information professionally
- Help prepare learning materials and document student progress as needed
- Participate actively in staff meetings or trainings as assigned

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.90 to $35.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
