• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or related fields is a plus
• Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Offer individualized or small group support to address student learning needs
• Implement accommodations and modifications as directed by teaching staff or specialists
• Help monitor student progress and reinforce lessons or activities
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with students
• Support students with daily classroom tasks and routines
