Join CPMG as a Maintenance Technician for a 50 Unit apartment community in Somerville, TN. You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance operations and support the manager while ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Daily work orders
- Perform and oversee general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Ensure units are ready for move-ins
- Maintain property safety and standards
- Manage inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
