Regional Sales Director
Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive growth for our clinical and anatomic pathology testing services. In this role, you will lead a regional sales team, set strategy, and expand relationships with hospitals, physicians, and health systems. You'll manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics while collaborating with operations and pathology leaders. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on business development, supporting CPL's patient-focused, quality-driven mission in a dynamic, growing healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow CPL's diagnostic testing portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a multi-site sales team
- Build and expand key relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and pathology teams to align offerings with market needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines
- Analyze competitive dynamics and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure sales practices reflect CPL's patient-focused, quality-driven culture
