In this Principal Customer Engagement Specialist role, you'll partner directly with Surgeons, Nurses, OR Leaders, Hospital Administrators, and IT teams to maximize adoption and long-term success.

You'll own customer relationships post go-live, drive engagement and utilization, lead business reviews, deliver training, and become a trusted advisor to some of the most innovative surgical teams in the country.

Your background

• Proven (4+ years) track record in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Account Management, Clinical Support, or a related role
• Experience within Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Surgical Technology, Healthcare IT, EMR, Clinical Software, or Medical Devices
• Strong experience driving adoption of new technology within healthcare environments
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians, hospital leadership, and IT stakeholders
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills
• Able to travel regularly throughout the region
