About the Role

The Company is seeking a Principal for National Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities within the healthcare vertical, leading business development efforts, and driving targeted project pursuits. This role involves proactive client relationship development, strategic research, and the identification of strategic partnerships to enhance technology services. The Principal will also be tasked with representing the firm at industry functions, collecting competitive intelligence, and collaborating with the Market Intel team on various initiatives. A key aspect of the position is to coach and mentor technical team members on consultative selling behaviors and to ensure that the sales strategy is aligned with the firm's delivery capacity and recruiting efforts. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Deep knowledge of professional services procurement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage at the executive level are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable with a proactive approach to business development. Preferred qualifications include an established network within the AEC industry, experience in selling technology consulting or engineering services into healthcare environments, and a passion for relationship building at the intersection of technology and the construction industry.
