Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Card, ACLS

Must-Have: Must be able to circulate in heavy orthopedic, urology, spine procedures, and robotic surgeries.

Description: Perform assessments to determine patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible individuals. Demonstrate nursing clinical judgment by recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education activities. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Call requirements include 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days each month, with additional call as needed. Floating to other facilities may be required.
