Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher credentials
• Experience supporting elementary (4th & 5th grade) students
• Background with life skills instruction and/or behavioral programs preferred
• Ability to adapt to resource classroom settings
• For virtual roles: must operate as a 1099 independent contractor and carry liability insurance

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and individualized instruction to students with diverse needs
• Implement behavior programs and life skills curricula as part of a resource team
• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families
• Maintain accurate and compliant student records and progress data
• Participate in IEP meetings and implement personalized accommodations
