Responsibilities Shop Welding: Coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding required weld processes per project. Collaborate with Shop Lead to meet weld schedule needs and best fit. Assist welders with fitting and problem-solving. Share knowledge and experience to maximize daily performance. Conduct daily QC/QA. Weld Certifications Proficient in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding. Experience with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Position Requirements Required Experience 2 or more years of pipefitting and welding experience preferred. Dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Sound judgment and critical thinking. Highly reliable. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 90% of the day. Ability to work with ongoing exposure to loud noise. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and grasp objects. Ability to lift up to 75 pound frequently.
