Maintenance Manager (110 - 130K) We have an excellent opportunity available for a Maintenance Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. Your Role: Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Build, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Implement maintenance strategies and best practices to reduce equipment failures and increase operational effectiveness. Coordinate maintenance resources, spending, and project priorities to meet production and business goals. Manage equipment installations, facility improvements, and capital investment projects from start to finish. Identify and implement process, equipment, and technology enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency. Education and Experience: BS in Engineering or related Technical degree. Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing. 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience. Strong Electrical background and troubleshooting experience.
