Reporting to the VP of Project Management, this position serves as a strategic partner to the medical team while serving as the primary cross-functional operational contact and liaison for effective alignment, communication flow, and governance.The role will serve as a central point of contact for operational planning, delivery, and governance of critical medical affairs projects—spanning scientific communications, congress strategy, advisory boards, medical education, and post-marketing data generation supporting launch preparation. This role focuses on day-to-day project execution, ensuring defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met across the commercial product lifecycle.Role and responsibilities include strategic project leadership and governance, cross-functional collaboration, operational infrastructure & process excellence, and congress & external engagement readiness.Good to have experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills include being in Princeton, NJ office 4 days/week, bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) or PMP certification preferred, minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, reporting, and performance management within biopharmaceutical or life sciences organizations, minimum of 5+ years of direct project management experience supporting medical affairs, prior experience in pre-commercial or early commercial biotech/pharma strongly preferred, proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights, expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile), strong analytical mindset, change leadership in fast-paced, evolving environments, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority, willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.Equal opportunity: Indegene is proud to be an equal employment employer and is committed to the culture of inclusion and diversity. The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including geographic pay area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost-of-labor differences), experience & qualifications relevant to the role, internal equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels. The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost-of-labor pay areas (US 5). The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost-of-labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2). Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location. For current employees posted salary ranges reflect the full compensation band across all U.S. pay areas and experience levels. Your individual compensation is based on your specific pay area, hire date, performance trajectory, and internal equity.
