Reporting directly to the general manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and smooth operations within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of 25+ staff members
• Control and monitor inventory levels to reduce waste
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and manage employee schedules efficiently
• Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
