Registered Nurse, RN Unit Manager Pineville, NC Full-Time Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to oversee day‑to‑day nursing operations within our skilled nursing community. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about quality resident care, team development, and clinical excellence in a long‑term care setting. As a Unit Manager, you will work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care while supporting and guiding nursing staff on the unit.
