Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for SLP practice
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills with knowledge of a range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of communication and language disorders
• Deliver therapy services in both individual and small group settings for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the district
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, support staff training, and contribute to the positive, inclusive school environment
