Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your background should include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA certification (or eligibility) required
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy (K-12)
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and advocacy

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Implement evidence-based therapy within the school setting
• Participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Track progress and maintain comprehensive records
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Provide support and guidance to students, caregivers, and school personnel
