A law firm in Columbia is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience in general litigation or judicial clerkship. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and writing skills. Duties: Represent clients in various litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff on case strategy and execution. Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and support to clients on litigation-related matters. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar in good standing. 2+ years of experience in general litigation or judicial clerkship.
