ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

Kentucky Trust Company, located in Danville, Kentucky is looking for an Account Administrator to work with a broad and diverse range of clients in our wealth management division. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated candidate who has a strong desire to build relationships and provide outstanding service for our clients and is interested in learning and developing a career within the wealth management industry. The associate will be encouraged to engage in continual learning and development activities and will be supported in pursuing progress toward industry-related certifications.

DUTIES

Cultivate client relationships and assist investment advisors as appropriate on assigned accounts and new business Acquire and maintain financial industry credentials as appropriate Work with industry professionals such as attorneys and accountants on various issues Manage opening, closing and ongoing administration for assigned accounts Perform Trust, IRA, Estate administration duties as assigned Become proficient with Maui account program, Account Review and Risk Manager (ARRM) program, Client Online Portal and other programs as needed Review legal and financial documents Review end of year tax information for assigned accounts Perform annual review of assigned accounts Manage and process contributions and distributions as appropriate Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; Inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.
