Assistant General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant $60,000 - $65,000 + Bonus + Benefits A well-established, high-traffic restaurant is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. We are searching for a hands-on AGM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to grow into a future General Manager role. What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager with all daily operations
- Lead shifts with energy, urgency, and a people-first mindset
- Deliver consistent, memorable hospitality to every guest
- Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
- Manage scheduling, labor performance, and staffing needs
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Drive service results, guest satisfaction, and operational execution
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy environments
- Excellent communication, training, and guest service skills
- Hands-on leadership - leads by example, stays engaged on the floor
- Ability to assist with P&L management, labor controls, and operations strategy
- $60,000 - $65,000 base salary
