Oracle Database AdministratorMinimum 8+ years of Oracle DBA experience with production support backgroundHands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration including installation, patching, and upgradesExperience with Oracle Exadata AdministrationStrong expertise in SQL profiling, performance tuning, database monitoring, backup & restoreExperience with Data Guard and Grid Control toolsetExperience with Oracle Goldengate replicationHands-on experience with cloud-hosted Oracle databases (OCI, Azure)Knowledge of DR setup, replication, and disaster recovery exercisesExperience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab RunnerProficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, Perl)Knowledge of Git/code management practicesStrong understanding of monitoring toolsUnderstanding of ITIL processesStrong technical knowledge in database domain with exposure to complementary infrastructuresManage Oracle database infrastructure including installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenanceProvide technical database support across infrastructure, applications, and related processesPerform performance tuning, monitoring, backup, and recovery activitiesManage replication technologies (Data Guard, Goldengate) and DR readinessParticipate in planning, design, and development of technical specifications and documentationSupport application development by providing inputs on database design and emerging technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve user issues, enforce standards, and provide operational supportExecute and support DR drills and ensure business continuity readinessUtilize monitoring tools effectively to ensure system health and uptime
