Residential HVAC Installer

Lead HVAC Installer | $30-$50 hourly | St. Louis Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm | Sign-On Bonus Available We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who have a desire to grow their skillset. This role focuses on service, maintenance, and customer-facing diagnostics and working independently on a consistent residential route. What We Offer: Take-home company vehicle 401(k) with 4% match 50% employer-paid Medical Insurance Dental & Vision coverage Paid time off & Vacation Company-provided uniforms, phone, and tablet Paid training + ongoing development (including hands-on simulation training) Clear pathways for advancement About the Role Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, condensers, coils, and ductwork Oversee system change-outs and new installs to company standards from star to finish Ensure all work meets code requirements and manufacturer specifications Perform system start ups and verify proper operation Work as part of a team to complete installs efficiently and on schedule Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no on-call requirement What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead jobs and crews EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail and install quaity Ability to manage time, materials, and job flow effectively Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
