We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You will support a wide range of HR functions. This position interacts with all applicants, employees, and managers. As this is a key position in our agency, strong customer service, follow-up and organizational skills are required. We are looking for someone who works well in a busy environment, can multi-task, has a strong work ethic and who truly cares about helping people. Requirements Multi-year experience with Customer Service in an office setting. Excellent Computer skills-including Microsoft Office Self-starter with strong organizational/follow-up skills. Great communication skills-both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize responsibilities. Team player with a strong work ethic. High School required, associate’s degree preferred. Human Resources experience is strongly preferred. HRIS experience is a plus. Berkshire County Arc is an Equal Opportunity Employe r.
