As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.ResponsibilitiesInstalling and maintaining electronic security systems.Performing preventive maintenance requirements.Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventoryLeading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.Programming and installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.Leading the on-site software commissioning and testing.Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory Performing Take off project drawings Create,Document and Track RFIs.Design assist and feedbackDocumenting daily reports and project progress.Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to managementCreate and manage Project schedule Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systemsForecast and Manage Project Labor Hours Communicate effectively with Supervisors and SubordinatesGuide and Mentor TechniciansQualificationsClearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; an active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance Required.Key Requirements:Requires a valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policyEducation:HS diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) orGraduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program orGraduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship programAn additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activitiesRequired Progressive Experience:8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systemsStrong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.Must be able to travel 50%.Desired / Advantageous Qualifications:Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems.What we offer:A collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better.
