Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.SE&TC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Depot Lead for the ESSM program, to lead day‑to‑day operations within our repair, overhaul, and recertification depot. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all depot activities, ensuring on time delivery, quality compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The Depot Lead will collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support contractual requirements and customer commitments.What You Will Do:Manage, report, and consolidate various data points to track trends that inform leadership of Sustainment activityDevelop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverablesCoordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and driving process improvementsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance depot productivity and reduce cycle timeServe as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the ESSM Depot contract; develop, track, and manage program budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysisPrepare and deliver presentations for Program Reviews, external customer meetings, and team status updatesPrepare and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items as requiredConduct risk and opportunity analysis and manage associated actionsProvide productivity updates and status inputs for Monthly Business Reviews and metric reportingQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.Experience with budgets, program financials, and/or customer contracts, including Earned Value (EV) management and/or the Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.Qualifications We Prefer:Knowledge of Contracts and contract requirements and/or Finance to discuss and review customer agreementsStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to brief leadership, engage customers, and lead cross-functional teams.Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, work across boundaries, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Mission Assurance.Experience working with Global Trade Compliance and navigating export documentation requirements.What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
