About Community Bridges, Inc. Lead Navigator – Job Summary A Lead Navigator is a person in recovery (≥1 year of abstinence) who has at least 90 days of experience as a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist. The Lead Navigator works with homeless individuals, providing outreach and supportive services to help them end their homelessness. The role coordinates and monitors RBHA and non‑RBHA community‑based services, facilitates service delivery, and mentors Navigator II staff. Core responsibilities include outreach, engagement, case management, and wrap‑around supportive services for high‑acuity, highly vulnerable individuals. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations (preferred). Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required. Current Arizona driver’s license and a clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record. Certified Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI clinical policies. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (site‑specific).
